Life as Russian politician and 'foreign agent.' Viktor Vorobyev
In the summer of 2022, anti-war politician from the Komi Republic Viktor Vorobyov became the first regional deputy to be included in the list of 'foreign agents'.
We met with him at the Barents Observer studio to talk about whether it is difficult to be a deputy-foreign agent, why the foreign agents law is discriminatory, and whether Russian citizens can currently participate in politics and influence the country's life.
