"Stop the war. People die on both sides". Kirkenes supports Ukraine two years after war began.

On February 24, 2024, people gathered in the central square of the arctic town of Kirkenes, Norway, to show support for Ukraine - two years after Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. The crowd walked towards the Russian consulate, where activists and politicians made anti-war speeches.
