An unusual heatwave has hit northern Norway. Temperatures in July here are now much higher than in the South of Norway. How are the locals coping with the heat? We spoke to them at Grense Jakobselv - the most popular beach in the Barents Sea near Kirkenes, just a few meters from Norway’s border with Russia.
