New Kolarctic call
The ENPI Kolarctic Programme, which supports cross-border projects between Northwest Russia and the Nordic countries, announces its fourth call.
The Kolarctic Programme, one of nine CBC ENPI programmes providing financing for cross-border projects along the EU´s eastern external borders, has announced its fourth call. It covers the northernmost parts of Europe, including major parts of the Barents Region.
The call for proposal has a deadline on 16 April.
The Kolarctic programme has its managing authority based in the Finnish city of Roveniemi. In the period 2007-2010, the programme has at its disposal €28,2 million.
The European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument (ENPI) is the main financial mechanism through which assistance is given to the European Neighbourhood Policy (ENP) Partner Countries, as well as Russia. Cross Border Cooperation (CBC) is a key priority of the ENPI.
